ACCOMPANIED EXIT ROUTES
The route may change depending on weather conditions.
1st canoe-kayak itinerary, direction Saint-Raphaël :
- From the beach, we leave for Saint-Raphaël. It is between coves and rocks that our journey begins. Accessible only by sea, they offer a still wild and preserved setting. Depending on the time of day, you can admire the contrast between the flamboyant red of the rock and the translucent turquoise blue of the sea.
- To enjoy this landscape, a stop will be a little further when crossing two natural pools.
- You will appreciate the stop in the port of Fernand Raynaud of about 15 min. where swimming will refresh you.
- In this cove, a passage under the bridges will make us reach the calanque des Anglais and its intimate setting.
- On the way back (about 20 min.), we will approach the “île des Vieilles“, an ancient Roman market that has become a cove in the heart of the red rocks. Little information : “Les vieilles” are fish ! They live in rocky waters. The island is very appreciated by snorkeling enthusiasts for the diversity of species that coexist.
- You can enjoy a swimming stop and a tour of the island, in case of good timing.
- The return to Anthéor beach will be between the rocks along the coast.
2nd canoe-kayak itinerary, direction the Esterel :
- For this itinerary, the Esterel will accompany us throughout our ride. We will walk along the shore of Anthéor in the middle of the rocks to the calanque of Saint-Barthélemy.
- The cave of Saint Barthélemy can be crossed by kayak but also by swimming.
- Then, we will stop in the calanque of Saint-Barthélemy, which is still a preserved place with a remarkable marine biodiversity. Bring masks and snorkel, you will not regret it.
- The return will be along the coast, between the rocks.
