Mountain biking or e-bike (electric bike) riding in the heart of the Estérel in Saint-Raphaël is a thrilling adventure that offers cyclists the opportunity to explore the rugged terrain of this beautiful region. With steep slopes, winding trails and stunning views of the Mediterranean coastline, the Esterel Mountains provide the perfect setting for an unforgettable mountain bike or e-bike experience.
Equipped with helmets, sunglasses, water and a small snack, go on an adventure with family or friends, to discover the Esterel from the inside. By mountain bike or e-bike, this massif will no longer have any secrets for you.
With just a few pedal strokes, mountain bikers can admire the breathtaking views of the azure waters of the Mediterranean Sea, the lush greenery of the surrounding forests and the rocky cliffs that line the coast. The majestic red rocks of the Massif de l’Esterel coupled with the blue of the sea give a contrast of colors that leaves no one indifferent.
Let yourself be carried away by the sound of the waves, the scent of pine trees and wildflowers and the sea air creating a sensory experience that is both invigorating and soothing, which will punctuate part of your accompanied bike ride.

Mountain bike routes
Two routes will be proposed for your accompanied outing by mountain bike / e-bike :
- Walk to the Rocher of Saint-Barthélemy (approx. 2h)
It is on paved roads and tracks that this walk is done. Along the coast, you will enjoy a magnificent panorama with sea view. Breathtaking views are available to you. - Walk to the Rocher du Pic de l’Ours (2 options – approx.2h30)
- A route is possible by the squirrel lake. We will go through the decline of the big cow and the house of the 3 terms (animal breeding). A panoramic viewpoint called “Les oeufs de bouc” offers you an unobstructed 180 ° view from Cannes to Saint Tropez. We climb to the Pic de l’Ours to enjoy its just sublime view of the Mediterranean Sea, then we descend by the slopes.
- For those who are least comfortable with walking paths, this hike is accessible by paved roads.
